Exchange and Return Policy

Product Exchanges

If you have purchased any product from our online store, you have the right, within fourteen (14) calendar days, to exchange the purchased product for another product of equal value.

Exchanges are accepted provided that the following conditions are met – cumulatively:

– You have contacted us by completing the relevant contact form, providing your full name and the products you wish to return, along with the reason for the return, and have sent the products to our address within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

– The products being returned must be accompanied by a copy of the proof of purchase.

– The products must be in the same condition as when you received them, without being used or having the packaging opened. In the case of products returned in a box, both the products and the packaging box must be in perfect condition and must not have been used or altered (e.g., applying adhesive tape on the packaging box).

Exchanges are not allowed a) if the product has been used after opening, b) if the product is not in the same condition as when delivered, or if it has been damaged.

 

Product Returns

If you have purchased any product from our online store, you have the right to return the product you purchased within fourteen (14) calendar days for any reason and request a refund. This right of withdrawal can be exercised under the following conditions:

– The products being returned must be accompanied by a copy of the proof of purchase.

– The products must be in the same condition as when you received them, without being used or having the packaging opened. In the case of products returned in a box, both the products and the packaging box must be in perfect condition and must not have been used or altered (e.g., applying adhesive tape on the packaging box).

 

Method of Refund: Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

No refund will be issued if the product has been used after opening, if it is not in the same condition as when delivered, or if it has been damaged.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.

 

Defective Products

Defective products are those that have been damaged upon receipt (e.g., worn or broken products), provided that the damage was not caused by improper opening of the packaging.

In the event that a genuine defect is found in the product, we may replace it with the same product. The defective product will be replaced and returned to you at our company’s expense.

Returns of defective products are accepted if the following conditions are met:

You must contact us by sending an email to info@agiasmeno.gr, providing your name, the products you wish to return, and the defect they present, including relevant photos of the defective product.

– The products must be accompanied by a photocopy of the proof of payment.

– Acceptance or rejection of the return will be made only after a quality inspection by our Company and an assessment of the condition of the returned product.

For products that present a genuine defect or damage, the return shipping cost will be covered by our store.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within two (2) hours from the time you placed it on our online store. The cancellation request must be sent via email, and you should receive a notification from us confirming that we have received your request. In this case, you will not be charged for the shipping costs of your order.
