Shipping Terms
The safe delivery of all our products is guaranteed by GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI.
Products are shipped promptly in secure packaging and reach the end consumer while maintaining their quality.
Delivery / Ownership / Risk
For orders, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
For orders over one hundred (€100.00), shipping is FREE.
In hard-to-reach areas where vehicle access is difficult, the order is shipped via courier service, and products are collected from the respective courier branches in cities across Greece.
If you do not agree with the shipping cost, you are entitled to request a correction or cancellation of the order within 2 hours from the receipt of the relevant notification.
Failure to act within this timeframe will be considered as your agreement and acceptance of the shipping cost.
For products marked as “MADE TO ORDER” or “LIMITED AVAILABILITY,” provided they can be ordered from our suppliers, the estimated delivery time is 5–14 business days (Monday to Friday).
The delivery location is specified in the Order Confirmation.
The above shipping timeframes do not apply in cases of force majeure (including, but not limited to, extreme weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, etc.).
Our Company will notify you by phone or email of any delays in your order. The Company bears no responsibility for packages lost due to shipment to an incorrect address caused by incorrect entry of your contact information.
1. Cash on delivery prices are not extra to free shipping, but are included in it.
2. For cash on delivery, there is no extra charge for hard-to-reach areas.
3. The D2SP service refers to pickup by the customer at one of the 370 branches of Geniki Taxydromiki.
